I came home carrying frustration—restless, unsettled, needing a way to let it out. I reached for large canvases and dark colors, letting movement take over. There’s something grounding about pushing energy through your arms, moving with full force, and watching the past spill out in each sweeping motion. What started as tension transformed into something else—something raw, expressive, and unexpectedly beautiful.
