In order to change, I believe that first we must realize and identify what we need to STOP doing. What behaviors or habits are holding us back. Next we need to identify and implement what we need to START doing.

When we practice new habits we can start to see our priorities shift. Our integrity towards what our goals are becomes more and more evident and successful. And as our change becomes routine and more natural expressing, our desires outcomes become more attainable.

In any area of life this is akin to “what you focus on expands” but in practical terms.
